We really hope you love your purchases as much as we do, however we understand sometimes you may need to return your item.

To return an item you need to notify us within 14 days of delivery.

If you want to cancel an order after its been dispatched the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If your item arrives damaged you must report this within 48 hours

To cancel or return an order please send an email to with details of your order, reason for return and your contact information.

Our returns policy;
  1. Items must be in the original packaging and in reasonable condition. We reserve the right to charge 10% repackaging fee for items that need repackaging.
  2. Items need to be packaged for our couriers to be able collect the goods.
  3. You are responsible for the safe return of your items, including cost of postage.
  4. The original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
  5. We can arrange a collection with our couriers with the cost of collection deducted from your refund. Please note a fee is charged for failed collections- this can vary depending on courier. Please contact customer services more than 24 hours prior to the collection if you are not going to be home.
  6. If your item is damaged you need to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We take every care to ensure your item reaches you without damage and items are quality checked before being dispatched. Please check your item as soon as it is delivered. In the event your item is damaged please provide us with as much information and photos to show us the damage and help us process your return.
  7. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your item back to us.
